Our team
We are a small private company owned by a family of Civil Engineers. Our home builders team has a combined 40 years of building and remodeling experience. We build and remodel with the best quality and latest technologies. Our attention to details is what stands out most in any project we take on.
Our history
"The Ultimate Home" started as a family tradition passed down through four generations of Civil Engineers. My great-grandfather was a Civil Engineer who built railroads in Tsarists Russia. My grandfather worked during the Bolshevik Rule and World War II building the railroads. My father was a Civil Engineer in the Soviet Union. Now I, Igor Liventsev, continue the family tradition.
In 1989 I graduated from Belorussian University of Transportation with a major in Civil Engineering. After the collapse of the Soviet Union I had the opportunity to open my own business in 1992. My wife, who is not only a Civil Engineer but also an excellent designer, was a tremendous help in turning my business dream into a reality. That was the precise moment when my family tradition became an actual business known as The Ultimate Home Inc.
